# Restaurant checklist

> Tick every item on the sandbox before going live.

* [ ] You receive `order.created`, verify the signature and fetch the order.
* [ ] You call `received`, then `accept` with a prep time. The tablet shows the order as accepted.
* [ ] You reject a test order with a reason.
* [ ] You mark an order `ready`. For a pickup order you also mark it `collected`.
* [ ] `order.updated` reaches the kitchen as a change and a reprint.
* [ ] `order.cancelled` stops the kitchen.
* [ ] A repeated webhook (same `event_id`) is skipped.
* [ ] With your endpoint down for 2 minutes, the retries and your `updated_since` poll catch up.
* [ ] Choices, add-ons and deals print the way the customer ordered them.
* [ ] Cash and paid orders are recorded correctly, with no second receipt when `invoice.issued_by` is `xfaster` ([Reports & invoices](/reports/invoices)).
