How an order flows

XFaster sends a signed webhook to your endpoint.

Confirm
The webhook carries the order. Print it, then
POST /orders/{id}/received.3
Accept
POST /orders/{id}/accept with prep_time_minutes. Kitchen tickets print on the XFaster side as usual.4
Ready
POST /orders/{id}/ready when the food is packed. The courier is sent according to it.5
Done
The courier picks up and delivers, or you mark a pickup order
collected.Statuses
Delivery customers never see “ready”. For them the order stays “preparing” until the courier picks it up.
