Ask for a sandbox key

Email XFaster with your company name and an HTTPS endpoint for webhooks. You get an xfp_test_… key and a whsec_… webhook secret for the test store, shown once.

Receive webhooks

Verify the signature (Webhooks), answer 2xx within 5 seconds, then fetch the order.

Send or map the menu

Send your POS menu with Import the menu (or host it: POS-hosted mode). A store that keeps its XFaster menu links its items to your codes instead (Map your codes). Your codes then come in every order line as external_id.

Run the checklist

Pass the go-live checklist. XFaster then creates a live key for each store that uses your POS.

Choices, add-ons and deals

  • choices are the customer’s answers to option groups (size, doneness). Match them by group + option text.
  • addons carry addon_id, your external_id, quantity and price.
  • components list what is inside a deal or a pizza, ready to print.
  • unit_price includes the chosen options. total = (unit_price + add-ons) × quantity.
